BRP IS RECOGNIZED AS ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES IN MEXICO
Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, May 2, 2022 – BRP México S.A. de C.V. and BRP Querétaro S.A. de C.V. were jointly recognized as one of the “Súper Empresas”, a list of the best companies in Mexico, compiled by Top Companies and published by “Expansión” magazine in its May 2022 edition.
BRP ranked 27th in the category of companies with more than 3,000 employees; this is the third time that BRP has appeared on this list.
The Juárez and Querétaro employees evaluated, through an anonymous survey, topics such as organizational culture, diversity and inclusion, corporate social responsibility, job security, leadership, growth, and compensation, among others.
“We are very proud to have achieved a higher ranking this year which reflects the work we do at BRP Mexico to foster a healthy, dynamic and inclusive work environment. We always keep in mind our employees, their families, and the communities in which we operate when making decisions. Participating in this exercise helps us to continue improving and to seek excellence in all our processes,” stated Héctor Ruiz, H.R. Director at BRP Querétaro.
BRP in Mexico also has the “Empresa Socialmente Responsible - ESR®” (Socially Responsible Company) distinction, awarded by the “Centro Mexicano para la Filantropía - CEMEFI” (Mexican Center for Philanthropy) and the “Empresa Familiarmente Responsable – EFR” (Family Responsible Company) distinction from the Mexican Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare. Additionally, the three facilities in Ciudad Juárez have the distinctive “Empresa Comprometida con los Derechos Humanos” (Company Committed to Human Rights), from the Chihuahua State Human Rights Commission.
In April this year, BRP announced its CSR25 program which includes concrete initiatives and sets goals for 2025 and beyond with the intention of being the industry leader in corporate citizenship.
