BRP INC. FILES AMENDED AND RESTATED PRELIMINARY PROSPECTUS FOR ITS INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING
Valcourt, Québec, May 2, 2013 – BRP Inc. ("BRP" or the "Company") filed today an amended and restated preliminary prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada in connection with a proposed initial public offering of its subordinate voting shares.
